I bought a new pair of Nike's a couple days back. You know when you walk, how your toes and foot go like about 80 degrees from the ground?
It makes a line on top of the shoes, on your toes area. How do you walk in a way so that these lines on the shoes don't come? The shoes were expensive, so I don't want to ruin them already =(. Thanks!
My friends are totally like that. She has a way of walking that doesn't crease the shoes.

Try to not make that 80 degrees when you walk. So when you take that step, your back foot should be as low as possible. I'm not sure how you explain it but it seems that's how she walks.
Just remember if you decide to walk that way, it's NEVER like normal walking. My mom asked about her walking and said how it wasn't normal.
How does the "Nike + Ipod" on the IPhone work?
I just noticed this feature in my phone, never noticed it before. Also, I have a pair of Nike + running shoes, so how do
I use the Ipod? And how do I connect it to my Running shoes?
Speaking from personal experience:
I connected my iPhone to a work out machine and it detected Nike + iPod.
I went home and used iTunes and it redirected me to a site for Nike + iPod.
Basically it's like a record keeper and it keeps track of your work outs. I believe there's customization options and jank.
